Your shipping is always UPS,
so you get you tracking information and know when you'll get
your items. We ship only within the 48 Continential US States. All
sales outside of the lower 48 states are sold as is where is and
seller will not be responsible for anything missing or damaged!
·UPS can not ship to a PO BOX. A physical address must be
used.
We are not responsible for damages made during shipment.

General Return Policy
Products sold by Yankeewarehouse.net are covered under our 7 day return period, unless stated otherwise.
* To return a product, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be requested from Yankeewarehouse.net
within 7 days of the date the product was shipped to you.
* All RMA numbers are valid for 7 days from the date issued.
* All products must be returned in like-new condition, including original packaging and all documentation and accessories.
Charges will be applied for all missing accessories or parts.
* Yankeewarehouse.net will not accept items that
have been physically damaged or misused. Improper installation of items will cause damages.
* All improperly installed items are considered physically damaged and are not eligible for replacement or refund.
* Yankeewarehouse.net does not offer cross ship services.
* Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees are not refundable.
* 15% restocking fee applies to all refunds.
By completing the purchase, you are further stating that you have read over the 25 Year Warranty understand that any and all warranty work is free, but the customer (you) pays for any and all shipping charges
25 Year Limited Warranty
The manufacturer warrants that products sold will be free from defective material and workmanship for a period of 25 years from the date of purchase.
Yankeewarehouse_net will, at its option repair or replace any part or parts found to be defective in material or workmanship.
The manufacturer shall not be obligated to refund, repair, or replace equipment that has been repaired by others, abused, altered or misused in any way.
We further state that we shall not be held liable for any losses due to the neglectful operation or misuse on the part of the purchaser.
ALL of Yankeewarehouse sales final. Neither the yankeewarehouse or its employees will be responsible for shipping cost to or from the factory.
Yankeewarehouse is liable for the cost of product sold only.
Note: Paint finish will scratch and chip over a period of time due to normal use and therefore is not covered under warranty.
Caution: binders, and chain carry no warranty since we the manufacturer do not make these products. We will help in replacement at our discretion.
Customer pays all shipping cost incurred for any and all warranty work.

Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (
Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM EST, excluding holidays). If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your
order you will be contacted within two business days.
COD shipments will not be accepted.
Damaged shipments are not the responsibility of Yankeewarehouse.net and should be taken up with shipping company.
